It's also been shown to reduce stress and anxiety! Do a Ten Minute Tidy. Being in a clean and orderly space can help clear the mind. In fact, studies show that people with cluttered homes had higher levels of stress hormones. Do your self a favor and take a couple of minutes to clean up! Take a Nap. Who doesn't love naps?! There's no need to sleep the afternoon away but a 20‐30 minute nap in the middle of the day will improve your energy levels for the rest of the day. You'll feel better and you might even be more productive! Go On a Hike. Exercise like a hike is great for your health but also can be mentally beneficial.
